Fraser Trebilcock Continues Its Leadership In The State Bar of Michigan

At the State Bar of Michigan's annual meeting in September, a number of attorneys Fraser Trebilcock were elected or appointed to various leadership positions within the State Bar, including:
Thaddeus E. Morgan, president of Fraser Trebilcock, was elected to the Council of the Litigation Section for the State Bar of Michigan. Morgan also was appointed an advisor to the State Bar of Michigan United States Courts Committee and the Civil Procedure and Courts Committee.
Michael P. Donnelly, shareholder and managing partner of the Firm's Detroit office, was elected to the Executive Board of the Litigation Section for the State Bar of Michigan, and also named Treasurer of the section.
Marlaine Teahan continues to serve as a member of the Probate and Estate Planning Council; she was recently appointed Chair of the Legislation Committee, Chair of the Court Rules, Procedures and Forms Committee, and Liaison to the SCAO Forms Committee, Probate Section.
Daniel Cherrin, a member of the Representative Assembly was appointed to the Awards and Nominations Committee to the Assembly.
Michael Ashton was appointed Treasurer of the Administrative and Regulatory Law Section.
"Being involved and engaged, not only in our community but in the legal industry, is vital to our work as lawyers on behalf of our clients and for the legal profession as a whole," Morgan said. For example, Fraser Trebilcock recently sponsored the State Bar of Michigan's, "Celebrating Diversity" reception at the Henry Ford Museum, a reception recognizing the importance of investing in diversity for the legal industry. "We look forward to expanding our role within the State Bar of Michigan."
